Cooking Instructions
Frozen Falafel
Please note: Cooking Instructions given are for a Fan Assisted Oven and an 800 watt microwave. Adjust cooking times to correspond with the power of the appliance being used, and the number of falafels you are heating. Make sure that product is piping hot before serving.
Microwave - From Frozen. Cook for 2 minutes (if you heat more than 6 you may need to lengthen cooking time), turn the falafel balls over and cook for one more minute or until piping hot.; Oven cook - From Frozen.
Fan Assisted Oven - From Frozen. Heat oven to 200°C / Gas 4. Spread frozen falafels evenly on a baking tray. Place in the centre of the oven for 7 minutes, remove from oven and turn falafels over. Cook for a further 8 minutes until piping hot.
